Advertiseclassified listings

This page sells advertising space in this publication. Nothing on it is machine-written. Every listing is read by the editor before it runs and may be declined; acceptance is not endorsement. Nothing here is legal or clinical advice.

This page carries court decisions, regulations and research in forensic psychiatry and mental health law. A classified listing runs in the classified section of the front page — its own heading, below the news, with the section’s own line saying it is advertising.

You write the copy and it runs as you wrote it. The editor may edit the title and may decline the listing; nothing else is changed, and nothing about your listing is written by us or by a machine.

Board — $99 for 60 daysChronological, newest first. To return to the top, end it and submit a new one.
Featured — $750 for 60 daysOne of three places above the board, newest first. Cannot be bumped — there is nothing further to buy during the term.

Advertising, not editorial. All three featured placements run newest first, so where one appears is not a ranking. Nothing in the classified section is selected, checked or endorsed by the editor, and no listing is a radar item.

Terms of sale

Advertising on Psychiatry & Law Radar Psychiatry & Law Radar is published by No Mulligans LLC. These terms apply when you submit a listing. What you are buying A classified listing is $99 and runs for 60 days. It appears on the classifieds board, newest first, and moves down the board as newer listings arrive. It stays on the board for the full 60 days wherever it has reached. To return to the top of the board, end your listing and submit a new one. Ending a listing is free. A new listing is $99 and runs a fresh 60 days from the day it starts, and it is reviewed before it runs like any other. A featured placement is $750 and runs for 60 days. There are three featured places, shown above the board, newest first. A featured placement runs its full term and there is nothing further to buy during it. Prices are current at the date of purchase and may change for later listings. Submitting is an offer, not a purchase Every listing is reviewed by the editor before it runs. We may decline any listing, for editorial reasons as well as for anything false or unlawful. Submitting the form does not create an agreement and does not charge you. Your card is saved and not charged. If we approve your listing, we charge the card and the listing runs. If we decline it, nothing is charged. You write the listing. We may edit the title. You write your own copy — a title of up to 80 characters and a description of up to 200 characters — and supply the web address you want readers sent to. We may edit or rewrite your title so that it reads as the publication's own headlines do. We do not change your description: it runs as you wrote it, or we decline the listing. Your description is published as plain text. Web addresses go in the link field rather than in the description. What you may not advertise No claims about patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, or clinical results — in any category. You may advertise that a service, product, programme or event exists. You may not advertise that it works. Everything you supply must be accurate, must be yours to advertise, and must not be misleading. Advertising is not endorsement Listings run in the classified section of the site, under its own heading, which says the section is advertising. A listing is not selected, recommended or endorsed by the editor, and paid placement never leads the email. Links in listings carry `rel="sponsored nofollow"`. Ending a listing early You may end your listing at any time, for any reason, at no cost. It comes off the board when you do. There are no refunds — not for early removal, not pro-rata, not in part. What you bought was placement, and placement begins the day the listing runs. When the term ends At 60 days your listing comes off the board. Nothing renews automatically, there is no roll-over, and there is no right to a further term. To list again you submit a new request at the price published that day, subject to approval as before. Nothing is retained. When the term ends the listing is removed from the publication entirely — the text, the link and the record of it. There is no archive of past listings, and nothing of your listing remains published. Your details We use your contact address to administer your listing. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to the newsletter unless you ask. General We may change these terms for future listings. The terms that apply to your listing are the ones published when you submitted it. Questions: support@psychiatrylawradar.com
