LEGAL CAPACITY AND SUPPORTED DECISION-MAKING RIGHTS FOR PEOPLE WITH PSYCHOSOCIAL DISABILITIES: INSIGHTS FROM THE WHO QUALITYRIGHTS TRAINING.
— STAFF
This is a satisfaction-and-themes evaluation of a training package in one clinic, with no comparison group and no behavioural or patient outcome, so it does not establish that QualityRights training alters how legal capacity is assessed or how supported decision-making is implemented. It is worth tagging as part of the accumulating CRPD Article 12 implementation literature and for the qualitative observation that clinicians experience conflict between respecting expressed will and family pressure, but it changes no obligation and no assertion an evaluator could defend or abandon.
