Defendant-appellant, Niran Chhetri (“Chhetri”), appeals the judgment of conviction and sentence entered against him in the Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas, following a bench trial in which Chhetri was found guilty of Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of Police Officer. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
