FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION OF LEGAL CAPACITY IN OLDER ADULTS: CLINICAL AND COGNITIVE CORRELATES.
— STAFF
It supplies rarely available base-rate and cognitive-correlate data from a large real-world capacity-evaluation caseload, which an evaluator can cite when describing how screening scores relate to capacity opinions. It does not change any obligation or unsettle a routine assertion — the criterion standard is the clinicians' own determination, so the ROC figures cannot validate MMSE against legal capacity, and the setting is a single non-US service.
