LAWS GOVERNING THE CARE OF PEOPLE WITH SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT.
— STAFF
A correctional or forensic clinician can use this to find out what their own state actually permits — which segregation restrictions, exclusion criteria, and review requirements apply where they practise — without assembling the codes themselves. It does not change what the clinician must do, nor what an evaluator can defensibly assert; its value is as a reference work and an advocacy tool.
