FIELD RELIABILITY OF THE PSYCHOPATHY CHECKLIST-REVISED AMONG LIFE-SENTENCED PRISONERS IN SWEDEN: A FOLLOW-UP STUDY.

An examiner who reports a PCL-R score obtained in a real high-stakes proceeding can no longer treat it as reproducible to within the manual's stated error, and must expect cross-examination on facet-level ICCs in the .59 range and on a decade of training that did not move them. The incremental-validity finding also makes it harder to defend the PCL-R as adding anything to an HCR-20-based opinion.
