PERSPECTIVES ON THE USE OF COERCION IN HIGHLY SPECIALISED REHABILITATION: A FOCUS GROUP STUDY.
— STAFF
It is a descriptive account of how capacity assessment and coercion decisions are actually made outside psychiatry, in somatic rehabilitation, and it names clinical uncertainty about capacity as the practical bottleneck rather than the legal standard. Nothing here changes an obligation or an assertion a forensic evaluator could defend: it is a single-site, thirteen-participant qualitative study under Norwegian law, useful as context on the reach of coercion beyond psychiatric settings and little more.
